POLE CLASSES

Intro to Pole Class
Wondering what all the excitement is about? Try an introductory class and see. This beginner pole dance class will teach you some of the basics and sexy fundamental moves along with learning a fun spin on the pole!

Fit 1-4
Experience a fun, flirty, empowering and serious cardio workout. Each level has an enticing choreographed routine that is anything but routine. Watch your body transform, it's truly amazing!

Pole Master 1-5
Do you want to learn more? Are you dying to go upside down and hang by one toe? Look no more Pole Monkey! Learn how to put spins together to make them fun and provide a more intense workout. These levels will also take you upside down and all around. (Prerequisite is completing Fit 4)

OTHER CLASSES

Cardio Dance Party
Dance to the latest hits while learning the hottest moves! If you want all the fun and sassiness of pole dancing but without the pole, this is the class for you! Our own Dynamo Diva Sarah will be leading you out in choreographed routines that are a sure way to lose those unwanted pounds. (Session discounts do not apply to Cardio Dance Party since it is already offered at a low price)

Cardio Pole
This high intensity class specifically focuses on fun cardio dance moves and tons of spins to burn off the fat that is covering your muscles. (Prerequisite is completing Fit 4)

Boot Camp
Core blasting is already incorporated into our fit level classes. But if you would like to kick start the strength building in your core muscles including abs, legs and butt, this class is a must! Increasing the strength in these mucsles will help to perfect those favorite spins and tricks all that much sooner!

WHAT TO WEAR

We want you to be comfortable, so wear clothes you feel comfortable in! As you progress, shorts are highly recommended. No shoes are necessary for Intro to Pole and Fit 1. Sexy heels are optional for Fit 2 and on.

If you need to bring anything else, we will let you know when you sign up.

We offer a range of pole dance clothing and accessories for all your dancing needs in our studio, including skorts, tanks, leg warmers and sweat bands.

All Bookings MUST be made in advance before coming to the studio.
Please allow 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel.
There are no refunds on class packages.
